Will Thomson State Farm is hiring a driven, sales-focused Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on generating new business and turning opportunities into closed deals. This role is built for producers who are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Licensing Requirements
This is a fully licensed role:
- Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1
- Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
- Full licensing support and guidance provided throughout
Prior sales experience is required. Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for driving new business and maintaining a consistent, high-performing sales pipeline.
- Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, internet leads, and community outreach
- Build and manage a steady pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover risks and recommend solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Follow up consistently and aggressively to convert quotes into bound business
- Track daily activity, pipeline movement, and production metrics
- Collaborate with the team while maintaining a strong individual production focus
