Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, provides technical assistance to users regarding the operations, maintenance, and usage of the Special Education Information System. Performs a variety of technical duties involved in the maintenance, preparation, verification, extraction, analysis, reporting, and submission of data files requested by local, state, and/or federal reporting agencies.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: • Associate’s Degree in Database Administration, Information Technology, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field. • Four years of database maintenance experience, including the collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of data collection systems. o Education and Experience may substitute for each other on a one-year to one-year basis. o Experience working with K-12 Special Education Information Systems preferred. Positions in this class may require the use of personal automobile and possession of a valid California class C Driver's license.
