Valid California Teaching Credential in Science Valid Bilingual Authorization (BILA) credential or commitment to enroll and complete a BILA program Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with the ability to effectively teach and communicate in both languages CLAD/BCLAD/EL authorization required
