Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each resident’s needs and functional abilities.
- Use various therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to improve a resident's ability to perform daily activities.
- Ensure that the therapy plan aligns with the resident’s overall care plan.
- Monitor and document the progress of residents throughout therapy sessions.
- Provide education to residents' families and caregivers about techniques to support the resident’s rehabilitation and safety at home.
