William Penn Charter School is a Quaker, an all gender, pre-K-12 independent, day school in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia. William Penn Charter School seeks after school staff to oversee students from 2:45-5:30pm on school days starting March 2026 and going through the 25/26 school year.
Successful candidates will have experience and/or desire to work with 6th-8th graders, demonstrate reliability and responsibility, and exhibit skill in managing groups of adolescents in both structured and unstructured environments. The position could lead to substitute teaching or other employment opportunities at the school.
Candidates will be interviewed on a rolling basis until the position has been filled.
