The Role
Real Estate Associate - New York - $235,000 - $310,000 salary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Associate with a between 2-4 years experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.
Successful candidates will have experience with real estate financing, lender representation, loan document drafting and title and survey diligence. The firms real estate attorneys sit across multiple offices in the United States and often coordinate closely with the structured finance, litigation, and tax attorneys.
This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging matters.
The Candidate
- Experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate with between 2-4 years experience
- Experience dealing with acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions
- Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
