The Role
You will join a leading commercial real estate group, advising clients across a broad spectrum of transactional and advisory matters, including:
- Acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial real property
- Representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters
- Acting on loans secured by commercial real estate
- Land development matters, including condominiums, covenants and related agreements
- Drafting and negotiating contracts with developers, builders and third‑party service providers
This role offers excellent breadth across the commercial real estate lifecycle, with exposure to complex, high‑value matters.
The Candidate
- Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong background in commercial real estate transactions and financing
- Experience across acquisitions, leasing and development work
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills
- North Carolina Bar admission preferred (or ability to waive in)
- Proactive, ambitious and collaborative in approach.
