Our Group Technology Services (GTS) team is looking for a rare talent to join our US team as Business Application Analyst. As part of the GTS team, you’ll play a key role in managing and enhancing our business applications, helping drive operational excellence and enabling our US business to achieve its strategic goals. Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a self-driven, highly motivated problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for learning.
You Should Be Able To
- Ask the right questions and propose practical solutions.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience or strong familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate the initiative necessary to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a very lean organization.
- A Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or related experience in IT Support
- Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and Inventory systems
