Project Overview:
This role will provide support PeopleSoft HR and Financial systems and assist in troubleshooting any issues. Address and resolve PeopleSoft system issues while interacting with the user base.

This role will provide support PeopleSoft HR and Financial systems and assist in troubleshooting any issues. Address and resolve PeopleSoft system issues while interacting with the user base.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assist users with use of PeopleSoft based systems, addressing issues they might have and educate them in usage of these applications.
- Respond to support-related inquiries for application related questions and issues.
- Assist with assorted ad-hoc training for various teams utilizing PeopleSoft applications.
- Prepare and maintain end user procedures and training/user guides for PeopleSoft related functionality.
- Will also be involved is system administrative duties from time to time.
- 1 year of experience as a ?power user? or application support, ideally with ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft or Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills and customer service support as well as organizational skills required.
- Driven, positive attitude, with an appetite to learning
- BS in Computer Science or similar degree.
- Additional certifications preferred, but not required.
