William Douglas Management is seeking a Mailroom Clerk to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Sorts and collates incoming and outgoing mail, including packages, by department and category.
- Delivers mail to correct department or recipient
- Daily opening and scanning of all inbound documents
- Uploading and assigning documents into the system
- Manage pickup and delivery of shredding boxes
- Manage FreshDesk ticket system
- Forwards mail
- Preparing documents for shipping
- Maintains inventory of mailroom supplies
- Disposes of junk mail
Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge and skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Basic understanding of mailing procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and time management skill
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex topics to senior leadership in a concise logical format
Preferred Skills:
- Use of project management software
- Use of management system – CINC
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel
Salary : $18 - $20
