Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services.
- Diagnose and treat mental health and behavioral health conditions within scope of licensure.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, hospital staff, schools, community agencies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist patients with coping strategies, behavioral modification, stress management, grief counseling, trauma support, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Identify social determinants of health impacting patient outcomes and connect patients with appropriate community resources.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Nevada required, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health, integrated care, rural healthcare, or community mental health preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Salary : $81,464 - $110,867
