We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operators / General Laborers to join our team in Mercersburg, PA. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring materials are safely received, organized, and moved throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations
- Assist with facility setup and organization
- Receive incoming materials and shipments
- Move, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Support production readiness activities
- Operate forklifts and other approved material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Transport equipment, racks, containers, and production supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus (or ability to become certified if required)
- Ability to safely lift and move materials
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety and detail
