Schedule
PT - Monday-Friday 10:00AM – 4:30PM
Responsibilities
- Checking and stocking supplies in all designated areas in the hospital. Replenish all supplies in Supply Room daily.
- Supplies transferred from CS will be entered in Hybrent and charged to the appropriate department.
- Print computer labels for Patient Charge Supplies – Label Supplies.
- Distribute/store all incoming freight.
- Check packing slips against purchase orders, enter supplies received on purchase orders.
- Fill department supply requisitions and deliver promptly. Verify amount was issued out of the MMIS. Communicate count discrepancies with team.
- Check all supplies for outdated inventory in warehouse/supply areas. Record all findings.
- Using ladders (step ladders as well as extension ladders) must be able to work on ladder.
- Assist in yearly warehouse inventory.
- Other Additional Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with inventory, stocking, shipping & receiving.
- Basic knowledge of record keeping, typing, computers, inventory, ordering, stocking, labeling and issuing of supplies.
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Salary : $21 - $34
