PAY: According to the Union Contract-DOE $28.45- $48.59, EOE, DOE

Normal Working Hours/Days and Shift: Per Diem Day/ Nights, weekends, holidays     

 

 

 

 

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Delivers nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with a Registered Nurse and is accountable for patient care administered during the shift.  The LPN is accountable to the RN, Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing and is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care. This position reports directly to the Med/surg Manager.

 

   

 

Qualifications:

Licensed as a Practical Nurse in Washington State

Graduate from accredited School of Practical Nursing.

Hold current CPR Certification

Salary : $28 - $49
