Full Time Seasonal Groundskeeper

Location: On-site (RV Resort / Hospitality Property)

Position Summary

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of the property, ensuring landscaping, lawns, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, trees, and outdoor areas
• Perform mowing, trimming, watering, and seasonal planting
• Ensure cleanliness of outdoor common areas, pathways, and facilities
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
• Support general exterior upkeep and property appearance
• Assist with seasonal projects and property improvements
• Support Head of Maintenance in any additional tasks required
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar work
• Knowledge of lawn care equipment and maintenance practices
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
