Role Description The New Real Estate Agent is a full-time, hybrid role based in Stroudsburg, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role includes prospecting and generating leads, showing properties, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes for residential and commercial real estate. The agent will prepare and present listing agreements and purchase contracts, coordinate property marketing activities, and maintain accurate records in company systems. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve providing responsive client service, collaborating with office colleagues and management, and staying informed about local market trends, regulations, and inventory. The agent is expected to attend in-person meetings, trainings, and community events while using remote tools to manage communications and paperwork efficiently.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the state of Pennsylvania or be in the process of obtaining one.
