We have open DELIVERY DRIVER positions that need to be filled immediately by trustworthy and hardworking individuals who are safe, effective, efficient and accurate with their work. Per day pay ranging from $160-$190 (Depending on experience)

Delivery Driver positions available immediately out of the Chandler terminal. (2650 E Queen Creek Chandler AZ 85286)

• Servicing Tempe 85283 & 85282 zip codes
• Full and Part time positions are available.
• Hours range from 30-40 hours per week, average time per day 8AM-5PM.

Responsibilities

• SAFELY operate a company-provided vehicle to pick-up and deliver packages to the specially designated locations.
• EFFECTIVELY delivery all packages following strict time schedules while balancing the commitment of a positive customer interaction.
• Plan and follow the most EFFICIENT route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, while also successfully completing pick-ups within their designated time frames.
• Ensure timely and ACCURATE delivery and pickup of products.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
• PROFICIENT pre and post trip inspections, ensuring any DOT violations are reported to a supervisor immediately.
• VERIFY the accuracy of packages and ensure proper documentation for each delivery done.
• PROVIDE exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating during deliveries.
• COLLABRATE with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• MAINTAIN the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• ADHERE to company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations and safety protocols.
• REPRESNT the organization in a positive manner at all times, maintaining a professional image.

Skills

• Experience as a Delivery Driver preferred but will train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer service experience is a plus

Pay/incentives

• Paid training and re-training
• $160 per day minimum pay after training time (experience pays)
• Plus, stop incentives for all stops over 140
• Plus, package incentives for 200 picked up and delivered.

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must submit to a physical exam and pass a drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record
