Speech & Language Pathologist- 0.4 FTE

•Provide speech and language services according to IEPs •Complete all necessary Special Education Paperwork •Attend IEP Team meetings •Evaluate students and complete evaluation reports for initial and 3 year re-evaluations •Consult to teachers and other Team members on student disabilities •Conduct Team meetings of Speech only students •Provide Case Load reports and schedules to Special Education Office •Provide Medicaid documentation as requested •Coordinate care of FM systems •Responsible for programming and training with use of augmentative communication systems •Communicate with outside agencies as needed •Tracks progress using data collection •Develop appropriate IEP goals for students based on formal and informal measures •Other related duties as assigned
