Requirements

Education & Experience

• At least 1 years' supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and /or developmental disabilities is required;
• PREFERRED 1 years' management experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and /or developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Who We Are Looking For

Wildwood Residential Program is looking for a caring, compassionate Residential Manager to who has experience working with people with disabilities in a residential setting.

This Full-Time, salaried position is typically a M-F schedule however this position also has on-call responsibilities for emergencies and other hours may be needed based on the need of the residential program you are covering

Qualifications

Additional Requirements:

• A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
• Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
• SCIP-R certification based on program need.
