Required Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent AND
- 5 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, which must include writing reports and assessing information to make decisions or recommendations
- Associate's degree in a Human Services related field AND
- 3 years of experience working with vulnerable populations which must include writing reports and assessing information to make decisions or recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field AND
- 1 year of experience working with vulnerable populations which must include writing reports and assessing information to make decisions or recommendations
- Conducts internal program reviews, including but not limited to, reviews of systems and services impacting service recipient health, safety and quality of life.
- Utilizes data from reviews to track metrics and identify trends and quality improvements.
- Prepares reports related to survey and review activities, shares findings with program leadership.
- Verifies implementation of quality improvement and corrective measures
- Identifies deficits, errors and breakdowns during Quality Assurance activities and recommends improvements to program administration and the Director of Quality Assurance
- Maintains a working knowledge of regulations, best practices and agency policies
- Serves as a resource in providing education and training on quality assurance and improvement activities.
- Develops and delivers trainings associated with Quality Improvement
