We are looking for a direct support professional/driver to help promote independence and self-esteem to persons with disabilities in a Day hab community based setting.
Summary
Our Day Services program provides individuals the opportunity to participate in a variety of group activities throughout the day at a site or in the community.

Requirements
Education/Experience/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid NYS license and clean driving record.
- Computer Skills: able to use email; google suite; database systems
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00PM

Other Requirements
- A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
- Daily access to a vehicle.
- Ability to pass SCIP/CPR
- Ability to Lift 50 lbs
