We're hiring multiple Facilities Assistants to support both indoor and outdoor operations. This includes Custodians, who maintain cabins and common spaces through cleaning and basic upkeep, and Groundskeepers, who help care for outdoor areas. In all roles, you'll help create a positive, welcoming environment where kids can thrive.

Description
What to Expect
- This is a seasonal summer position, with training beginning in late May and camp running from early June through early August.
- You'll work on-site about 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during shifts scheduled between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Meals are provided while you're at camp.
- You'll collaborate with team members as part of a fun, supportive, and diverse team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old by June 2026 preferred (but not required)
- Experience in custodial work, groundskeeping, or general facility maintenance preferred (but not required)
What We Offer
- $100 bonus for each team member that you refer, is hired, and arrives at camp for staff training
- $250 bonus if you accept our offer of employment before March 1, 2026
- $500 scholarship awarded to one staff member
