Pool Manager
I. Job Summary
Ensure the daily operations for the pool area, which includes a pool bar and snack bar, are being properly maintained by snack bar attendants and bartenders.
II. Job Tasks
- Formulates weekly work schedules for snack bar employees.
- Prepare and maintain correct payroll records of all pool employees.
- Maintains a courteous, polite and helpful relationship with all members and guests
- Resolves member and guest complaints
- Ensures that necessary orientation and training for snack bar employees is conducted.
- Enforces club rules of safety and conduct
- Plans and directs special holiday events that take place at the pool facility.
- Plans all programs according to monthly and yearly calendar
- Represents the club in activities as requested by the General Manager.
- Maintains and keeps all necessary records concerning, accident reports, and problem-member reports
- Assists in pool opening and closing at the beginning and end of the season
This is a seasonal position. The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
