Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize store performance, and uphold our commitment to a positive shopping experience. This position is 40 hours per week in the summer.
Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
- Conduct employee training & development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure customer inquiries are handled with professionalism.
- Supervise shift management duties including cashiering, merchandising, stocking, water testing, inventory and overall store cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail store environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with employee training & development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques including high ticket sales.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
