Requirements:
- Current Virginia Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year of professional massage therapy experience
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass base background check for access badge
- Professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and punctuality (arrive 15 minutes early)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic massages and reflexology services
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment
- Follow all base and facility policies
- Provide excellent client experience to encourage repeat visits
