Assist government facility manager in maintaining appearance and functionality of 480th ISR Wing Headquarters building. Daytime shifts, eight work hours, between the hours of 0800 - 1700.

Job Description:

- Maintain facility appearance standards
- Escort uncleared contracted cleaning service providers
- Maintain facility functionality standards
- Identify maintenance support requirements and provide first-phase maintenance support
- Escort uncleared contracted maintenance service providers
- Perform other related duties as required
- Experience working in an SCI Facility
- Thorough understanding of SCI Facility escort requirements
- Familiarity with first-phase maintenance techniques (mounting fluorescent light bulbs, moving or assembling office furniture, operating a hand dolly, operating basic power tools, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of safe maintenance practices
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Sitting, Standing, Climbing, Walking, Lifting, Pulling or Pushing, Carrying, Grasping, Reaching, Stooping or Crouching, Crawling, Near Acuity, Speaking, Listening, Sight, Use of Hands/Fingers to Handle/Feel
- Exposure to environmental conditions, noise, hazards
