Job Description:
The Contractor shall provide CI/HUMINT operational support. The Contractor shall deliver services regarding collections management, intelligence analysis, operations, geographic profiling, and signals intelligence analysis at the expert proficiency level.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contractor shall assist with intelligence analysis, collections management, up to the TS/SCI level, in support of MARCENT forces.
- Contractor shall develop and review intelligence requirements as well as provide recommendations.
- Contractor shall manage classified reports and briefs in accordance with protocol, as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Four years' experience in CI/HUMINT analysis
- Two years' experience in CI/HUMINT collection management
- One year theater- or operational-level collection management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS
- Experience in targeting and human network analysis
- Familiarity with CI/HUMINT Characterization processes
- Strong analytical and data management skills
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Security Clearance Requirements:
- TS/SCI
Physical, Work Environment & Conditions: (please update)
- Typical office environment:
- Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
- Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.
- Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30–50 pounds.
- Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components.
- Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.
- Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights.
- Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation.
- May require walking between different buildings or workstations.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users.
- May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues
