Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Certified Social Worker (CSW) or Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC). The role is based in Ogden, UT, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include providing direct support and counseling services to clients, conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, managing cases, and coordinating care. The CSW/ACMHC will work collaboratively with clients and other service providers to ensure holistic and effective care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mental Health and Behavioral Health services to provide high-quality therapeutic care and interventions.
- Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and maintain professional boundaries.
- Licensed as a CSW or ACMHC in the State of Utah, or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention is a plus.
