This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our customers while embodying the Wildman values of service, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Clean Team Service Representative is the face of Wildman on site—building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring our customers trust our partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Care & Cleaning Excellence
• Perform daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks following Wildman Clean Team standards.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, production areas, lobbies, halls, and customer-identified spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Refill paper products, soap, sanitizer, air fresheners, and consumables.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and waste in designated areas.
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and in proper working condition to support 5S and efficiency.
Customer Relationship & Partnership
• Serve as the main on-site representative and build strong relationships with customer contacts.
• Communicate clearly and proactively about service needs, supply levels, or issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities that enhance cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver service that reflects Wildman’s commitment to wowing customers and upholding their brand image.
Safety, Quality & Accountability
• Follow all Wildman safety procedures, PPE requirements, and janitorial protocol.
• Ensure compliance with SDS guidelines and proper chemical handling.
• Immediately communicate hazards, facility concerns, or service-level challenges.
• Protect customer property, equipment, and confidentiality.
• Uphold Wildman’s culture of quality, consistency, and doing the right thing.
Inventory, Supplies & Equipment
• Track consumables and communicate replenishment needs leadership.
• Maintain carts, equipment, tools, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Support efficiency by following Wildman’s process standards and 5S systems.
Qualifications
• Janitorial, housekeeping, or facility-care experience preferred (not required).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent aligned with Wildman’s culture of ownership.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, walking, standing).
• Valid driver’s license (if multiple customer locations are assigned).
Schedule
• Full-time; schedule may vary by customer and market center needs.
• May include early mornings or evenings.
