What You’ll Do
As a key member of Wildman’s Plant Operations team, you will:

- Establish a Safety-First Culture: Execute safety training plan to drive awareness of and adherence to key drivers and safety best practices for the Warsaw team.
- Oversee Plant Operations: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals established for PPOH, GPH folded, mats rolled per hour, garments hung per hour, and towels bagged per hour (per glide path and timeline per Plan), and plant efficiency
- Drive Profit & Growth: Develop and manage the Plant Operation Capital and Expense Budget and deliver operational outcomes on time and on budget
- Develop and Lead People: Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing managers and teams across Production. Build future leadership bench strength by fostering engagement, accountability, and recognition.
- Uphold Compliance & Culture: Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards while modeling and promoting Wildman’s values—Relationships, Authenticity, Service, and Excellence.
