Duties

• Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and applying process improvement methodologies.
• Manage supply chain operations by utilizing supply chain analytics to forecast needs, streamline inventory levels, and improve delivery timelines.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise plant staff across departments including assembly, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics; foster a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor mechanical systems and maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
• Utilize ERP systems for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making related to operations management.
• Promote safety protocols, ensure compliance with industry standards, and cultivate a culture of safety awareness throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of plant management principles.
• Extensive knowledge in ISO compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement strategies.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory compliance standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and drive operational excellence.
• Analytical mindset with experience using supply chain analytics for decision-making purposes.
