What You’ll Do
As a key member of Wildman’s senior management team, you will:
- Lead Multi-Line Operations: Oversee day-to-day performance across uniform rental, first aid service, and facility supply lines, ensuring excellence in service delivery, production quality, and operational consistency.
- Drive Profit & Growth: Manage full P&L accountability, deliver annual revenue and margin targets, and develop strategies for customer retention and expansion in partnership with Sales and Service leaders.
- Ensure Fleet & Driver Safety: Champion the safe operation of Wildman’s regional delivery fleet. Maintain DOT compliance, reduce accident frequency, improve route efficiency, and promote a safety-first culture for all drivers and service representatives.
- Oversee Production & Plant Operations: Ensure laundry processing, product quality, inventory flow, and equipment uptime meet company standards for efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Lead Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
- Develop and Lead People: Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing managers and teams across Production, Service, and Administration. Build future leadership bench strength by fostering engagement, accountability, and recognition.
- Champion Customer Experience: Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness that drive loyalty and growth.
- Uphold Compliance & Culture: Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards while modeling and promoting Wildman’s values—Relationships, Authenticity, Service, and Excellence.
