Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, including meats, vegetables, and breakfast, according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume cooking environments is preferred.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, with an emphasis on grilling methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
