- Support catering events and special meal services, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces, adhering to food safety management protocols
- Serve meals with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring positive dining experiences for all clients
Experience
- Previous experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry demonstrating culinary proficiency
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures is essential
- Skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques are required
- Familiarity with catering services and serving large groups is advantageous
- Strong knife skills, slicing techniques, and familiarity with kitchen equipment are necessary
- Experience in food safety management systems ensures adherence to health regulations
