We are seeking a Barn Manager with real industry experience, someone who has worked in this field long enough to understand the responsibility and pace of a busy riding school.
Applicants must have at least five years of prior experience as a barn manager.

Who We Are Looking For
You must understand horse care, have an eye for horses, know how to run a horse care system, be highly organized, keep up with the workload and fast pace, work comfortably in the Florida heat, understand equipment, know the differences in feed and hay, and handle the complexity of caring for multiple horses, managing staff, and supporting a full lesson schedule.

Role Responsibilities
The Barn Manager oversees all daily operations of the barn, including:
- Maintaining and support horse health, safety, and overall well-being
- Developing and following all feed, turnout, and care schedules
- Coordinating farrier and veterinary visits
- Managing supply inventory and ordering feed, shavings, and materials
- Ensuring the cleanliness of stalls and overall barn environment
- Cleaning stalls daily
- Cleaning and scrubbing water buckets
- Cleaning paddocks daily
- Manure pickup around the property throughout the day
- Maintaining dust-free offices, tack rooms, and bathrooms
- Organizing and keeping all workspaces consistently tidy
- Working closely with trainers to keep the barn operating smoothly
- Identifying issues early and solving problems proactively
- Ensuring the facility is always rider-ready and lesson-ready
This role sets the standard for the entire barn. The manager’s level of care determines the quality and safety of our environment.
