What are the responsibilities and job description for the Montessori Teacher (Guide) position at Wildflower Preschool, LLC?
About Us
Heading into our second year, Wildflower Preschool is a community-centered school that follows a holistic approach to early childhood education while closely honoring the Montessori method. Our classrooms are warm, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared to support independence, curiosity, and a deep respect for childhood.
We believe in nurturing the whole child, academically, socially, and emotionally, through meaningful hands-on learning. While our approach is rooted in Montessori principles, we also thoughtfully incorporate elements of play-based learning to support creativity, and we see the inherent value in imaginative play.
We are seeking a warm, passionate Montessori educator who believes in the power of child-led learning and wants to help shape and grow our program as we enter our second year.
