Event Sales Assistant – Entry Level

About the Role
Wildfire is a direct sales and marketing firm based in Zionsville, IN. We represent Just Energy and Primo Water, promoting their products and services directly to consumers through live events, pop-ups, and face-to-face marketing campaigns. We are hiring Entry Level Event Marketing & Sales Assistants to join our growing team. Paid training is provided from day one — no prior experience necessary.
What You'll Do
- Represent Just Energy and Primo Water at live events, pop-ups, and direct marketing campaigns throughout the Indianapolis area
- Engage directly with consumers face-to-face to present and sell Just Energy and Primo Water products and services
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure activations run smoothly
- Track and report daily campaign results, including leads generated and customer interactions
- Work alongside senior team members to learn campaign strategy, client management, and event execution
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced event environment
- Comfortable standing and on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to event locations in and around Indianapolis
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not required)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Fluent in Spanish

Work Environment
