What You'll Actually Be Doing
Forget sitting behind a desk all day. This role puts you front and center — out in the community, at live events, and face-to-face with real people. Here's what that looks like:
- Showing up and showing out for our charity partners at community events, pop-ups, and brand activations across Indianapolis
- Sparking genuine conversations with people, sharing causes worth caring about, and inspiring them to get involved
- Helping set up, run, and break down events like a pro — keeping everything looking sharp and running smooth
- Supporting social and email outreach before and after events to keep the momentum going
- Teaming up with our creative and digital crew to make sure our brand story hits every time
- Keeping track of what's working — attendance numbers, crowd energy, feedback — and helping us get better every event
- Growing into more responsibility as you find your stride with us
