ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
An Account Executive is a vital member of the Agency, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and driving the successful execution of client brand and product goals. Execution
- Manages the daily operations of assigned accounts.
- Generates innovative business-building ideas for both clients and the Agency.
- Actively pursues new business opportunities.
- Efficiently utilizes Agency systems and procedures (e.g., job initiation, billing).
- Demonstrates strong self-starter capabilities and excellent organizational skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Manages time effectively, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Exhibits initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of clients and internal personnel to navigate both organizations effectively.
- Monitors changes in job scope and tracks estimates against actuals.
- Manages billing, resolves discrepancies, and assists with Agency forecast preparation.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Four-year college degree, preferably in a communications-related discipline (marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism).
- Alternatively, a four-year college degree in an unrelated discipline with 3 years of applicable business experience.
