This role supports kitchen operations by following recipes and procedures, assisting at various stations as needed, training new employees, and upholding all departmental policies and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, procedures, and presentation standards set by the Chef de Cuisine.
- Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and cooked in compliance with food safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
- Acquire knowledge of all kitchen stations and assist as needed during busy periods.
- Train new employees on standard procedures and position requirements.
- Comply with all internal controls, company policies, departmental procedures, and safety regulations.
- Fully uphold department standards and perform all other duties as assigned by management.
