The Candy Maker position is responsible for assisting in the overall candy production which includes preparing menu items from recipes such as chocolates, fudge, and other seasonal items for consumption by resort guests.
This is a part/full time position with day, night, and weekend availability.

The Candy Maker position is responsible for assisting in the overall candy production which includes preparing menu items from recipes such as chocolates, fudge, and other seasonal items for consumption by resort guests.
This is a part/full time position with day, night, and weekend availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes all gourmet items sold in store.
- Must stock and re-stock all candy supplies and candy ingredients throughout shift.
- Use of kitchen equipment for preparing chocolates and fudge.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the Candy Cabin’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
- Must be able to fully understand and comply with all federal, state, and county regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the prep areas, associates, and guests.
- Must ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the preventative maintenance rules.
- Perform duties of cashier as business levels and staffing require.
- Fully and completely uphold all department standards and follow through on all policies and procedures to the level expected.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
