Must be able to work weekends and night shifts.

Requirements

• Training and Development: Provide training to new employees on policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for coffee beans, boba, and other supplies. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits. Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data for management.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, setting standards for the team. Handle customer complaints or difficult situations when they arise.

We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of a growing brand! As an assistant store manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the managing of our quick service drink restaurant which entails scheduling, inventory tracking, coaching/training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
