At Wildeck in Waukesha, WI, every team member is an owner. As our Senior Plant Equipment Reliability Technician, you’ll protect production flow, elevate safety, and champion preventive and predictive maintenance—all while collaborating closely with the Plant Manager and cross‑functional partners.

- Service, calibrate, and maintain plant machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical issues using diagnostic instruments and schematics.
- Own PM planning and documentation; refine schedules based on equipment performance.
- Apply predictive maintenance technologies to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Replace faulty parts and verify equipment is restored to safe, compliant operation.
- Perform safety and compliance inspections, escalating hazards immediately.
- Document all maintenance work, parts usage, and findings with accuracy.
- Coordinate with operations and other technicians to maximize availability and throughput.
- Model and enforce safety protocols; support additional plant needs as requested.
- 5 years in maintenance or a closely related industrial role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude plus solid industrial electrical knowledge.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent analytical skills and a detail‑first mindset.
- Comfort working independently and within diverse teams across the plant.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to perform under deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Physical ability to routinely lift/move up to 10 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs; ability to twist, turn, grasp, reach, kneel, crawl, pull, and stand/walk for prolonged periods.
