Hiring: Service Lane Support Associate

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reports to: Service Manager
• Onsite in Madison, Wisconsin

What You'll Do

• Greet service customers and provide professional assistance.
• Move customer vehicles between the service lane, parking lot, and designated service areas.
• Prepare arriving vehicles with protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats.
• Retrieve completed vehicles and support customer vehicle delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive, parking area, and work environment.
• Support the service team with phones, shuttle coverage, clerical tasks, and other department need as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• 1 years of customer service or related experience.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership systems.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
