Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic Wild Wing Cafe team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in nightclubs or fine dining establishments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems (Toast POS preferred) accurately for processing transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes, sales techniques, and catering services within the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
