JOB SUMMARY
We are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate and execute diverse marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand goals and reach the right audiences. You'll be the driving force behind multi-channel marketing strategies, managing projects from inception to completion, and collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling content. OBJECTIVE
- Coordinate the marketing initiatives and required deliverables for all Wild For Salmon sales channels, communicating deliverable requests and deadlines to marketing contractors and Wild For Salmon employees, and completing additional marketing tasks as required to ensure all marketing for Wild For Salmon is completed accurately and on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CONTENT CALENDAR
- Coordinate with 4 Sales managers to create and manage the content calendar for Wild For Salmon, maintaining at least 3 months visibility on upcoming content plans at any given time
- Coordinate with 4 Sales managers to develop advertising and marketing assets needed for promotions that support business growth and customer acquisition efforts and relay needs to Marketing contractors and WFS Marketing employees as needed
- Align promotional activities and content across all Wild For Salmon sales channels
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Act as direct report for Marketing employees. Measure performance of Marketing employees, contribute to hiring when needed, and provide new hire training, evaluations, write ups or corrections if needed, and yearly reviews
- Act as point of contact and coordinator for all Marketing contractors, ensuring that contracts are fulfilled and renewed as needed
- Communicate deliverable requests and timelines/deadlines for deliverables to Marketing contractors and WFS Marketing employees
- Approve content and provide feedback and brand definition
- Ensure all marketing content is posted or on display to customers in a timely manner according to the content calendar timeline
- Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Social Media Posts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, etc)
- Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, etc)
- Promotional Materials
COPYWRITING
- Write clear and error-free content in that reflects the company’s voice for a variety of projects
- Ensure that any copy written includes keyword optimization for the Wild For Salmon brand
- Examples of copywriting projects required includes, but is not limited to:
- Brand Storytelling
- Product Descriptions
- Blogs
- Recipe Paragraphs
- Phrasing for Ads of all types
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and/or project management within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while prioritizing tasks across multiple projects
- Strong research skills combined with a strategic mindset focused on performance marketing
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
