Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

- Utilize Toast POS systems for cash handling, discounting, and order processing.
- Conduct inventory control to manage stock levels and reduce waste.
- Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring that all areas are adequately staffed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and financial planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or fast paced restaurants is preferred.
