Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable visit.
• Operate and troubleshoot arcade games and equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
• Manage guest interactions including explaining game rules, assisting with gameplay, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Oversee event setups such as tournaments or themed activities, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Handle cash transactions accurately at game stations or redemption counters.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct conflict management when necessary to maintain a fun and safe environment.
• Assist with food service operations if applicable, including taking orders or serving snacks during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Support guest services by addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging public speaking moments during special events or announcements.
• Assist customers with getting set up with mini golf and laser tag

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Experience working with children and providing guest services in a lively environment.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic food service operations preferred.
• Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light equipment, and perform physical tasks comfortably.
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and guest interactions.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
