Job Responsibilities
Landscape Care
- Plant care, pruning, trimming, and deadheading
- Planting and transplanting
- Weeding, mulching, and mowing
- Basic irrigation knowledge helpful
- Enhancement projects such as mulch, soil, sand, boulders
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for communication
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Compensation
- $20–$25/hour depending on experience
- Merit-based raises and bonuses
