Wild Cosmos is a California-based women’s apparel brand operating across online retail and wholesale. Known for timeless design and thoughtful craftsmanship, we are growing our e-commerce business and are looking for a detail-driven E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Manager to grow with us.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing orders move seamlessly from click → pack → ship, thrives on accuracy and organization, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional behind-the-scenes customer experience.
🌿 About the RoleAs our E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Manager, you will own the daily execution of online order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational workflows at our headquarters. You will work closely with the founder and core team to ensure our e-commerce operations run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale.
This is a hands-on, on-site role with meaningful responsibility and room to grow as the brand expands.
📍 Role Details- Location: Garden Grove, CA (on-site)
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time availability, Monday–Friday
- Employment Type: Hourly, non-exempt
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment for online and wholesale orders
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy, efficiency, and care
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy and organized storage systems
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipment flow
- Support purchase order receiving and inventory updates
- Maintain clean, accurate product and order data across systems
- Assist with online store updates, new arrivals, and product launches
- Identify and implement workflow improvements as order volume grows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing daily order volume and multiple priorities
- Proactive, dependable, and ownership-minded
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a small team
- Comfortable using e-commerce tools and operational systems (training provided)
- Physically able to lift, move, and organize inventory
Experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or online retail is a plus — but we value care, curiosity, and accountability above all.
